Physical activity & sports plays a critical role in a child’s development. Kids lead a fairly sedentary lifestyle nowadays. Medical research shows that active children are less likely to suffer from high BP, diabetes, cancer of the colon, obesity & coronary heart disease. Exercise helps to release stress & excess energy in a positive manner. Regular exercise makes kids mentally sharp. Sports affects development of self-esteem & self-worth and is a great habit to develop for life.

About Our Program
